When you're viewing a product on our site, click the "Add to Cart" button to save the product to your virtual shopping cart. You can keep shopping until you are ready to check out and complete your order. Once you've racked up everything that you wish to purchase, click to the shopping cart icon at the top of the page to review your cart and begin the checkout process.
If you're happy with the items you've chosen and wish to continue, click the checkout button.
Each step of our checkout will guide you along the way, asking for the necessary information such as your personal details and delivery details. Based on the items in your cart and the address you put in, you'll be presented with some shipping options
Once you've selected a shipping option, your next step will be to choose a payment method. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards through our secure gateway, PayGate. You can also choose to do a bank transfer (EFT) instead. Our banking details will be given to you during checkout.
Your order is confirmed when we have received your payment. If you've chosen to pay by card, this is instant. Bank transfers can take 1-2 business days to validate, so make sure you send us a proof of payment as soon as possible and use the correct reference (order number) to prevent delays.

Paygate
Select this option if you wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard. This is the simplest choice for a standard card payment.
Bank Transfer (EFT)
If you prefer to do an EFT, choose this method and our banking details will be given to you during checkout. Please note that funds will need to be cleared before we can dispatch your order.

We dispatch orders only after payment has been validated on our side. When doing a bank transfer, some banks can take up to 2 business days to get the funds into our account.
Standard shipping takes 4-6 working days and express shipping takes 1-4 working days. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible and the time and in most cases our customers receive their packages quickly.

Our rental products are displayed online with a "Price per day". You can use this figure as an estimate, but it's best to get in touch with a store for accurate pricing for your preferred rental duration.
We have a professional soundproof studio available in New Germany, KZN. It's 8 minutes from Durban and 2 minutes from Pinetown. The studio is available for hire inclusive of all the lighting you would need to produce international results. Find out more information about our studio, the rates and how to book here
All of our products come with a standard 1 year warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. Please see our returns policy for more information on this.
