Shipping Policy

We work with reliable couriers to get your orders delivered to your door as quickly and professionally as possible. Note, we do not use the Post Office for deliveries.

Types of Areas

Most residential or business addresses fall into one of these categories

  • Major center areas - eg. main cities and suburbs
  • Regional areas - eg. rural areas
  • Remote areas -  eg. areas close to borders or special trips that are very far out 

Our system attempts to calculate the correct shipping options available when you checkout, based on your address. This isn't always 100% accurate and we reserve the right to contact you with an additional charge or cancel and refund your order if there are costs that are later discovered to ship to your chosen location. Some problematic locations could be:

  • Certain plots or farms
  • Dangerous areas with a high risk of hijacking
  • Areas with limited access
  • Malls
  • Hospitals
  • Government buildings
  • Mines
  • Certain townships

In the event of us discovering that your delivery address has been flagged as problematic, we'll contact you before dispatching your order so that together we can come up with a remedy.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Your choice of shipping options is shown to you when you checkout, which is determined by your delivery address and what is in your cart. Delivery times are in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Standard shipping (4-6 Working Days)

  • Major Center | R90
  • Regional | R200
  • Remote Areas | Price shown at checkout

Express shipping (1-4 Working Days)

  • Major Center | R150
  • Express shipping is not available for regional and remote areas 

Collect in store

You can choose to rather collect your order from one of our stores:

  • Collect from Durban Store
  • Collect from Johannesburg Store
  • Collect from Cape Town Store 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of R1000 and above. If express shipping is available to your delivery address, you'll have the option of upgrading your standard shipping to express shipping for an additional fee.


Shipping Surcharges

Some items, such as backdrops, have an abnormal length (or volumetric weight) and require special vehicles to deliver them. These items attract a weight surcharge which is calculated over and above the shipping cost at checkout. If you qualify for free standard shipping, you will still need to pay for the surcharge (but not the standard shipping portion).

Here is an example of how our weight surcharge is calculated

  • Standard shipping with a weight surcharge to a major center = R200 surcharge added
  • Standard shipping with a weight surcharge to a regional area = R250 surcharge added
Surcharges for remote areas are calculated at checkout 



Orders are dispatched the next business day after receiving and confirming payments. For card payments, this is instantly confirmed but electronic transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear in our bank account, depending on the bank used.

If you have ordered something that is in stock with a supplier, it will take a few days for the item to arrive with us. Shipping times only come into effect from the time that we dispatch orders.


When your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you at the email address you provided us with during checkout.


International Shipping

Online orders don't ship outside of South Africa, but you can contact us to arrange a quote for sending internationally.


Shipping Delays

There can be delays in getting packages to you that might extend the delivery time beyond the time that we advise you. Such scenarios include (but are not limited to):

  • Strikes
  • Weather conditions
  • Road accidents
  • Roadworks
  • Hijacking

We cannot be held liable for deliveries that are late as a result of delays that are out of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package hasn't arrived when you expect it or it is damaged, please contact us immediately. For more on this, refer to our returns policy
