Cameras fitted with normal lenses do not permit moving closer than a certain minimum distance from the object being photographed.

The close-Up Lens Filter, which is simply mounted in front of your normal lens, permits taking of close-ups and macro shots.

Close-Up Lens can be used individually or in any combination to achieve ultra-close focus. A +2 combined with a +3 will equal a +5 for example.
